Anita and OPRA members,

It is obvious that particularly Anita and MANY staff/members of OPRA are putting an incredulous amount of time and energy into the revision of all the RULES.  For that, The Home Farms is EXTREMELY grateful.   EXTREMELY.

As a Provider of services, I know this is all VERY important.   As a very small business owner, I have to rely on OPRA members and staff to STEER me to WHAT of these revisions/suggestions/etc. need my direct attention.   There is NO way I can read all the information provided.   I appreciate that it is provided.   BUT, I, for one, will appreciate ANY PARTICULAR POINTS OF CONCERN which I should review.

Again, OPRA, you are well worth the dollars we pay in dues.  Well worth it.

I may be speaking for others, when I ask members and staff to POINT OUT particular items to which I need to pay particular attention.

Onward and hopefully moving forward!

Subject: FW: DODD Rules Clearance - Residential Facilities & Personal Funds

The revised Residential Facility (Licensure) rules and Personal Funds rule have been filed. Although many of our previous concerns (they are attached) have been addressed, there are remaining issues. We will be discussing these at the Program Directors and Policy Committee meetings and gathering your input. We plan to submit testimony. If you are unable to attend these meetings, please feel free to email me your comments.  aallen@opra.org

Thanks.
