OPRA's Fall Conference is the event for networking, engaging around the latest issues facing providers, finding beneficial resources, and learning from first-rate speakers. It's the Association's largest gathering of the year, attracting hundreds of attendees and dozens of exhibiting companies. This Fall, the OPRA Party once again features all the elements you’ve come to expect - dancing, karaoke, Wii, euchre, hors d’ouevres, etc. - but there will be a few surprises, AND the first “PAC-Your-Bag” Tournament! Registered teams of two face-off across the beanbag-toss field and vie for a 50/50 jackpot, shared with the OPRA Political Action Committee (PAC). Registration and additional details coming soon! 2015 Annual Awards & Luncheon
Have you submitted a nomination yet? The deadline is this coming Thursday, September 24: submissions are requested for individual, team, and/or organizational Award consideration. Since 1991, OPRA has annually recognized individuals and teams from Provider Members that have demonstrated outstanding service and achievement in the DD field, and whose work has significantly impacted the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities; in 2014, the Association introduced organizational awards serving the same purpose. OPRA calls attention to “the best of the best” at the Annual Awards Luncheon, held each year on Day 2 of the Fall Conference. Award winners are selected from a large pool of nominees submitted by Provider Members from every corner of Ohio, and the Awards Committee encourages all Provider Members to review the 2015 Awards’ descriptions, and to consider nominees who are part of “A Force for Good!”

The room rate for Conference participants is $128.00 plus tax for single or double occupancy, and includes a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast.
