does anyone know who is providing the continueing ed for CEOs  I always do our in house course we provide our other staff but thought maybe something designed elsewhere might be good.

The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities is preparing to implement a new Provider Certification rule (5123:2-2-01) effective October 1, 2015.  The rule establishes procedures and standards for certification issued to providers of Supported Living services, including Home and Community-Based Services provided to individuals enrolled in Medicaid waivers.  The following informational materials are attached:
 
·         A memo highlighting the most significant changes to the rule, including timelines for implementation of the new requirements,
·         The proposed new rule, and
·         A list of the new core training requirements for certified providers.
 
Please review these materials carefully.  If you are a certified provider, these changes affect you directly.  If you represent an organization, please forward these materials to your members and constituents.  Questions should be directed to the Department’s Support Center at 1-800-617-6733.
