The Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act cleared Congress on Tuesday as part of a package of tax extenders that the House sent to the Senate last week. Click

The measure passed the upper chamber easily in a vote of 76 to 16 and was sent to the President for signature. ANCOR
applauds the bill's passage, and appreciates the overwhelming bipartisan commitment Congress has demonstrated to people with disabilities by supporting the ABLE Act.
