Everything I read looks like we pay for it. The eligibility I worry about the most is that if you have a child home from school you can utilize the same sick leave.    Then we get a tax credit for having done so that from my interpretation in no way begins to make up for the loss. So I am under the impression that we would pay for that and that   would be no big deal if there aren’t too many cases should there be a catastrophic outcome with too many cases it could bankrupt agencies Can anyone tell me if I am misinterpreting this is it possible that we’re going to get an exemption because our work is so similar to healthcare.

Hello,

I am listening to the President and he stated that employees have guaranteed paid sick leave at no cost to the employer. How is this possible? What did I miss?

Thank you,
