Ohio Medicaid, including the Medicaid Managed Care Plans, and many private insurances and Medicare will pay for healthcare services delivered
through telehealth (including facetime) during this crisis. This is being accommodated through emergency rules filings by Ohio Department of Medicaid and various rules, waivers, and expansion put forward by CMS. This includes primary health and behavioral
health. Boundless has many years of experience providing tele-psychiatry.
Additionally, Boundless has transitioned the vast majority of its healthcare services to telehealth over the past week, including accepting new patients who need care at this time. Information regarding Boundless’ process is available at IAmBoundless.org or we’re happy to discuss what we’ve done and know regarding access, limitations, and payment. Our VP of Performance Improvement & Service Delivery, Jennifer Riha, is leading our telehealth expansion efforts and can be reached at jriha@iamboundless.org with questions. Hope this helps!
