As you know, yesterday we sent you a contract template that you can use as you consider working with your fellow providers to fill staffing spots.  We also asked Gary Brown to produce a spreadsheet that gives you a point of reference for the DSP portion of the rate only.  A you will see in the attached spreadsheet, the rates are separated by Cost of Doing Business Categories.

These items are simply for your consideration as you enter into discussions with your peers.

Gary will be discussing these items during today’s 3:30 call.
