Hi Everyone,

In our efforts to provide the most up-to-date information regarding the pandemic and the actions being taken by the State of Ohio, attached is another member update. As is the new normal in this situation, there is so much going on that we are not able to capture in this letter, so we hope you will join us for our member call tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 PM.

Also attached is the sample agreement for shared services, developed by Vorys for member use, as we look to share resources and work collaboratively during this unprecedented and challenging time. We have also begun regular meetings with Director Corcoran of ODM and Director McElroy of the Dept of Aging to discuss shared resources, staffing, emergency preparation and several other points of organizational collaboration that may be necessary in the coming weeks.
