Subject: OPRA's 2020 Compensation and Benefits Survey

 

Hi Everyone! It’s that time again – time to complete OPRA’s Compensation and Benefits Survey.

 

This survey is conducted every other year and is used by members as a means of benchmarking wage and benefit packages. OPRA uses the data extensively in our interactions with members of the legislature. Data from the 2018 survey was shared in our efforts to obtain the wage increases realized in last year’s budget process. We need maximum participation in this survey in order to get the best possible data. Helpful hint: It is best to have one person per agency responsible for coordinating this effort. Submit only one survey per agency please.

 

Recently, we asked for feedback on a draft copy of the survey. Thank you to those of you who responded. We have incorporated many of your recommendations into the final product. The data obtained from this survey will benefit all members, regardless of the types of services you may offer.

 

Participating members will receive a complimentary copy of the survey. Non-participating members will be charged for each copy requested.

 

Detailed instructions for completion are included in the attachment. If you have any questions about the survey please reach out and we will be happy to assist.

 

We ask that you return these to Barry Associates by March 2nd.
