At the moment the staff is needed, though, it ceases to be OSOC and becomes HPC. The County Board should allow time for the checks in the CPT, allowing HPC time for the check (.25 hrs being the smallest unit to put in) for every 30 minutes of OSOC. 

Once the new assessment is being utilized, since the staff can't get 5 consecutive hrs of sleep, it would be 8 hrs of HPC straight time.
