I contacted the local census office and was able to coordinate all of our congregate sites with one person.  The census can be done on line this time but the household has to have an invitation code that is being sent to each address.  The representative sent me codes for each of our addresses.  This will make the process much easier and you can eliminate talking to multiple enumerators or worrying that someone is pulling a scam.

Is anyone receiving calls from the US Census Bureau to interview people who live in “group settings”  so they can be counted and possibly receive more federal funding?

 

I have gotten such calls with specific home addresses to visit.  I am concerned about legitimacy and confidentiality or any repercussions should I refuse.
