I can help with the second question. This has been a major focus for us over the past year.

There are many other companies offering billing services, but they are not all sanctioned by the state of Ohio/Sandata to deliver EVV solutions. From my understanding, companies need to be officially recognized as an alternative EVV vendor by Ohio/Sandata. Otherwise, any billing with their EVV timestamp will eventually be rejected by the state.

At ABCS, we incorporated the EVV requirement into our timesheet module. So there is no problem when agencies submit their billing. For more information, feel free to check out the following two links:

I have two questions for the ListServ.

First, does anyone have a good resident release form that they would be willing to share? Ours is outdated and I was just wondering if anyone had a good one, with updated language.

Second, we currently use Solana to assist with our timesheets and processing part of our payroll and I was wondering what other providers are out there that do the same services.
