Today DODD posted a statement regarding the DRO lawsuit and their official response to the court.  The following is a link to this information:

As we have done throughout the course of this lawsuit, we will seek the feedback of our members and we will work with our legal council (Vorys) to  analyze the positions/documents of the parties involved.   

We will keep you updated as we learn more and as the settlement discussions continue.
