Attached is the letter that we wrote to Director Davis regarding the DRO lawsuit that I referenced on our Friday call.  Even though we do not have an official role in the lawsuit we thought it was important to provide our thoughts about aspects of the lawsuit.  You will see our priorities in the body of the letter.  The priorities highlighted in the letter align with the topics we have discussed during our ICF committee meetings.
