Dear Member of the Ohio DD System,

PAR (Professionals, Advocates, Resources) is in the process of developing its first strategic plan.  Our intention is to identify a viable future for PAR that does not duplicate what others already do. 

We invite you to complete a survey to share your ideas about how PAR can continue to be a valuable part of the DD system in the future. The survey consists of multiple choice to make it very easy for you to complete the survey.  We hope you will take the time to help us by completing the survey.
