December 30, 2019 PASRR Rule Update in Effect Attention: County Board PASRR Evaluators As a reminder, the Pre-Admission Screen and Resident Review (PASRR) rule update is effective December 30, 2019. Read Memo Webinar: Transportation Rule Changes Attention: All Providers, County Boards, SSAs  DODD's Division of Medicaid Development and Administration will host a webinar 2:30 PM January 9 to review the changes to Transportation and Non-Medical Transportation services effective February 1, 2020. The webinar will be recorded and posted on the DODD website and will be announced in Memo Monday. Register for Webinar Guidance: Transportation in a Modified Vehicle Service Code Attention: All Providers, County Boards The service code for Transportation in a Modified Vehicle (ETO) was not added to the Appendix to OAC 5123-9-27 (Home and community-based services waivers – emergency assistance under the Level One Waiver) when changes were made to the Appendix to the main Transportation rule (OAC 5123-9-24) to reflect the addition of new service codes to represent transportation in modified vehicles. Read Memo Reminder: Holiday Billing Cycle Attention: All Providers This is a reminder that the holidays will change billing cycle deadlines and payments.   For New Year’s Day (Wednesday), DODD will extend the billing deadline cut-off until noon Thursday, January 2.   For the week of New Year’s Day, payments will be sent on Friday instead of Thursday. DODD MyLearning Reminders DODD MyLearning courses are designed for up-to-date versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. Do not use Internet Explorer to take MyLearning courses. A strong, consistent internet connection is also required. As a backup, users should print or save their quiz results, or take a screenshot of the final slide.
