Disability Rights Ohio (DRO) has announced that the Honorable Judge Edmund A. Sargus Jr., of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio has granted preliminary approval of an agreement in the Ball v. DeWine lawsuit.  The attached document from DRO highlights some of the key provisions of the agreement. 

We wanted to make sure that you had this information in your hands.  OPRA staff and Vorys is working on a formal statement about the agreement and we will release it when it is completed.
