Hello everyone.

I hope your day is going well.

I am writing to let you know that Lisa has accepted a position with Pennsylvania Advocacy and Resources.  Her last day with OPRA is on October 8th

Lisa is a strong advocate and her vision for people with developmental disabilities is something we should all strive to achieve.  She has made a tremendous impact on the OPRA Team, OPRA members and the people with developmental disabilities in Ohio.  Her knowledge and experience have been valuable for all of the people she has encountered.

Lisa played a key role with many initiatives including work on statewide grant projects such as the Provider Transformation Series and Project Circle. Lisa coordinated and provided trainings throughout the state on the redesigned adult service and employment package in 2017, providing necessary information to the field during a time of major change. She has been a strong advocate for providers on state workgroup projects such as non-medical transportation, the waiver workgroup, vocational habilitation and several others.

On a personal note, I have appreciated Lisa’s support during my first few months with OPRA.  She has been a great resource.

Thank you Lisa for your hard work and commitment.

Have a great Friday!

Pete
