DODD’s MUI Unit is hosting a series of regional trainings on the UI investigation process. The training is intended to help attendees learn “how quality unusual incident investigations are part of a quality improvement process, drive prevention and lead to better outcomes for those we support.”

During the month September, they are hosting five 2-hour trainings across the state starting next week. Many providers have requested DODD put on UI investigation trainings. The trainings are free and will be from 10 a.m.-12. Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. for each of the trainings.

The links to register are located on DODD’s home page dodd.ohio.gov or below. When you click on the registration links, the registration page will say that the training is for county board IAs and SSAs, but it is also for providers!
