Hello OPRA Members,

As promised on today’s Members Only Call, I have attached information specific to the regulations that PUCO has concerning vehicles and drivers. These regulations impact vehicles and drivers of vehicles that can carry 7 or more passengers and/ or weigh over 10,000 pounds. For those of you on Basecamp, these documents are also stored in the ALL OPRA Day Array Committees and Workgroups Basecamp.

The OPRA team is working to see if IDD providers can be somehow be exempted or “carved out” from PUCO requirements; until such a time an exception is created, IDD providers are required to follow PUCO regulations.
