In the attached “8.29.2019 Rule Change Analysis” PDF you will find our analysis of the proposed changes to the rules Lisa sent out earlier this week. The most notable changes are in the NMT, HPC, and transportation rules.

Due to the short timeframe of the public commenting period, we will need any feedback on the proposed changes by close of business on Tuesday 8/27. Feedback can be sent to me (ctouvelle@opra.org). After the public commenting period, we will have the opportunity to submit any additional feedback you may have at a public hearing that will be scheduled sometime in the near future.
