Has anyone gotten hits on the NEW ARCS national nurse’s aide registry?  This now includes 14 states (including OH)   We have a 2008 employee who worked in Colorado back in 1995 and lost her license then, but hasn’t been on any registries since, especially OHIO’s, and do not know what to do with that information…does that clear them?  Does it not?  They are a DSP, not a nurse.

Any advice would be helpful….
