I have received a few phone calls the past two days about not being able to get through on the Sandata EVV Help Phone Line.
The Department of Medicaid and Sandata are aware of the issues and are working diligently and quickly to get solutions in place to bring wait times back down. It appears the line has seen a huge increase in calls this week as we move closer
to “go live” and the issues coming through the call center are taking much longer to resolve than normal. If you have tried to call the line this week, this is why you might not have been able to get through to someone.
Official communication from Medicaid should be coming out soon.
