Good morning,

I was hoping you could send this out to our group for me. I am getting ready to have my first provider compliance. I am pretty sure I am good on most things accept number 54 in the compliance tool which states "within the first 90 days of employment evidence that direct services staff hired after 4/1/17, who provide day and employment services complete an orientation program of at last 8 hours that addresses, but is not limited to

a. organizational background of the agency provider

b. components of quality care for individuals served

c. health and safety

d positive behavior support

e services that comprise the day or employment services

During the first 90 days I did in-service on the following for day program as well as residential

MUI

UIR

Overview of DD

overview of basic principles and requirements of providing HCBS

Rights training

abuse registry

universal precautions

self determination training

person centered planning

community integration

staff role providing behavior support

fire and severe weather

self advocacy

I am also in servicing everyone today on the health and welfare alerts sent out by DODD

Is there anything I might be missing for either day program or residential
