It is based on ‘Personal Funds of an Individual’ 5123:2-2-07 (N) where a receipt for items $50 or more is required (based on an Individual’s needs)….Generally the need for an inventory is listed in the ISP and/or assessment/discovery tool
along with the other items required. Question 5.003 of the OPSR Provider Compliance Tool has the information as well.
