Hello all,

Question: I have someone  that is seeking to potentially assist an individual via Ohio Shared Living. The person is Mennonite and does not possess a degree as they were enrolled in school until the 8^th grade which was customary in their particular upbringing.

I know that there is a form that can be accessed as an exception to requiring a diploma/ degree. Has anyone dealt with anything like this or has worked with someone on obtaining this form?
