We have been fortunate to have the same hospice team for the past several years. Staff are very comfortable with speaking with them. We also have a psychologist on staff that staff can talk to at any time. We
typically hold the wake and funeral services at the homes so all individuals who want to participate can do so in a comfortable setting. We then have a memorial plaque made that the staff help design. We display these in the homes.
