Are other providers receiving several registry rechecks (through ARCS) from the new Adverse Action Registry checks?  I am curious on other providers protocol on how to ensure that it is actually NOT a match.  I am not finding phone numbers/emails for the other states to contact them to ensure our employee is not the person on the registry.

 

If I can not find where to cross check the employee DOB or SS#, I was thinking of having our employees sign a form attesting that it is NOT them (and have it notarized).  Hoping for an easier solution to make the match or no match determination.
