We have a PTO system at RTC. Employees can accrue up to 4 weeks of PTO to use. Any additional PTO accrued over 4 weeks as of December 31 then the employee has an option of having it paid out at 75% of their current wage rate or roll it
over to their Sick Leave Account (up to 12 weeks).

I have another question that maybe you or the ListServ can answer. We have not had a policy in place, internally, for vacation hours. We have several employees that have hundreds of hours. I was wondering if anyone in the OPRA group has
a good policy for vacation hours and putting a cap on the amount an employee can have. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
