We are interested in how other agencies have handled personal phone use for work purposes. This is related to how we are approaching EVV compliance solutions for community-based DSP’s.

Do you provide mobile devices for staff to use for work purposes? Our focus is on community-based staff vs staff who primarily work from a fixed location like a group home.

Do you have policies in place pertaining to BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for business needs? Is anyone willing to share the parameters of the policies they put in place?
