If you provide HPC that will be subject to the new monthly rate calculator (MRC), we STRONGLY encourage to send at least on staff member to one of the FREE regional trainings we are hosting with OACB and DODD. So far only a small fraction of the provider community who billed under the old daily HPC rate have staff attending a session. This is incredibly concerning to us as the changes that are coming with the MRC are significant! This training will help you prepare your agency as you transition to this new system.

The training is open to any county board and provider staff member. Currently, about 3/4ths of the county boards have staff signed up to attend.

There are six trainings across the state during the month of June. You can register by clicking on the link below or opening the attachment and clicking on the dates next to the location. All trainings run from 10am-3pm with an hour break for lunch .

June 11^th- Tiffin (half full)

June 13^th- Athens

June 18^th- Springfield

June 21^st- Delaware (half full)

June 24^th- Warren County**

June 25^th- Akron

We have heard some people are having difficulties with our Constant Contact registration system. You should get a confirmation email when your registration is successful. If you do not, first check to see if it got sent to you spam or clutter. If it is not there, please email me and I will help get you registered.
