Subject: Question for membership
Hello,
I was wondering if I could possibly get some advice from our membership. I’m a small and new provider. We just opened
our first residential site. Prior to this individual receiving an IO waiver, they had a level one. The previous provider billed after the IO went into effect utilizing level one billing codes. The county has requested the provider to back out services several
times and they have chosen not to. The state is now involved and has been for the last week. The county nor myself has received any updates and it’s frustrating. Has this happened to anyone else and if so how was it resolved?
