We’re looking to start a volunteer program at Boundless and I’m reaching out in search of advice, suggestions, materials, etc.
If your organization has an established volunteer program and you’re willing to share your materials or discuss with me, I’d be very appreciative. You can either send information to me at

I’m particularly interested in what kind of screening/background check you ask of your volunteers and the different ways you might use your volunteers – ie, helping out at mealtime with the people you serve,
assisting with buildings/grounds projects, etc.
