Our process requires the complete new hire process including any reference information for the interim. Orientation may be waived if rehired in less than six (6) months with catch-up on mandatory monthly employee
training. We would also consider bringing the rehire in at the salary he/she last held at our organization.

I looked through the rules and didn’t find anything regarding this scenario:
A staff person resigns (with notice, moved away) in September of 2018. She is now back in town and would like to work for us again.
Do we need to treat her like a new hire or can some of her initial hire checks/paperwork/training still be valid?
If anyone has had experience with this, please let me know. Thanks!
