CLI is kind of old school.  We do paper docs and scan them to MBS who provides a QA function and then bills on our behalf.  It costs us, but we feel it adds a layer of compliance assurance that's worth the percentage.

We've recently changed from another company.  Our experience with MBS has been excellent so far.

Members,

On a somewhat similar note to the questions posed earlier today, we have a member looking for feedback on the various timekeeping and billing software/services everyone is using. What do you like and dislike about the various services?
