CORI Care uses Connect A Voice (CAV) for electronic documentation and time keeping.  We use Advisor for billing.  As I said earlier, I like that they integrate so there is no manual data entry, we just review, make any corrections, approve and download.  I like that CAV is going to save us from having to use the Sandata EVV system.  I like that Advisor has a zillion different kinds of billing reports.  I like that CAV is super quick and easy to use.  I want CAV to have more/better reports.  I want Advisor to be easier to use.  I like that CAV is inexpensive.  I would like Advisor to be less expensive.

Members,

On a somewhat similar note to the questions posed earlier today, we have a member looking for feedback on the various timekeeping and billing software/services everyone is using. What do you like and dislike about the various services?
