We use 2 companies.   Local Accounting firm for payroll, taxes, BWC, 990, etc.   We use 19 Services for managing Quickbooks, Financial Forecast, Invoicing, and paying bills.  They also do our Medicaid billing and quarterly compliance reviews.   Great service with experts in each area!  Hard to find in rural county someone with this diverse a skill set and we really didn’t need a full time person.

I was wondering if you could put a question on the list serve as to what payroll system other providers are using?  Are they using an in house or a 3^rd party and if using a 3^rd party would they mind naming the company they are using.
