Hello,
I wanted to make sure you were aware of several upcoming webinars.
Reporting webinar:
ODM is offering webinars for
Phase 1 providers to help them with EVV and billing. These webinars will show providers which reports they may want to look at to identify incomplete visits, or visits that were not processed by the billing system (MITS). Part of this webinar will include
how to clear exceptions for the incomplete visits. In addition, we will be showing providers how to locate their explanation of benefits in the MITS system, and where you can see if your claim has the EVV edit (3611) on it.
The webinars are called EVV Refresher: Provider Reports in EVV and will be offered:
Tuesday April 16th at 2:30 PM EST
Thursday April 18th at 11:30 AM EST

Alt Vendor webinar:
ODM is offering a webinar for
agency providers who would like to use an alternate EVV system, or who are already using one. The webinar will show agency providers and vendors where to find important information on the EVV webpage. We will also be going over timelines and important
facts for agencies to consider throughout the process.
The webinar is called Alternate EVV Information and will be offered:
Thursday April 25th at 11:30 AM EST.
