The inspection items are similar to the Ohio Highway Patrol Bus inspection (brakes, exhaust, wipers, lights, safety equipment, etc.)
The Ohio State Highway Patrol will conduct these inspections as well, and can supply a list of items they will review. I believe it is free of charge for NON-buses, and they issue an inspection sticker to document the process. See the attached
photo.

Subject: "Annual Vehicle Inspection"
Providers:
DODD Form 015 – Effective 4/1/18 (from DODD website) indicates there must be an “Annual vehicle inspections – (Non-Medical transportation only).”
Is there a checklist of WHAT must be covered in said inspection???? (I am NOT referring to the Highway Patrol Inspection for buses. I am referring to something
such as mini-vans used for NMT.)
Thanks!
