I believe the citation references the annual vehicle inspection that must be done on ANY vehicle ( the two stickers on the windshield) for it to be legally operated on the roads. I do not believe the inspection for a passenger vehicle
is different from a van that is to carry several people. If the van is under warranty or lease, you probably don’t have to pay for it. Here is a partial checklist of what an inspection certifies:

Subject: "Annual Vehicle Inspection"
Providers:
DODD Form 015 – Effective 4/1/18 (from DODD website) indicates there must be an “Annual vehicle inspections – (Non-Medical transportation only).”
Is there a checklist of WHAT must be covered in said inspection???? (I am NOT referring to the Highway Patrol Inspection for buses. I am referring to something
such as mini-vans used for NMT.)
Thanks!
