We have been getting an increasing number of reports that individuals are coming perilously close to losing Medicaid eligibility due to a new redetermination process at local JFS offices. I am not sure if all offices, or only some, are using this new IT system. If you have individuals in this situation, or any situation where eligibility is in danger, please let us know and we will connect you with someone at ODM who can trouble shoot the problem and expedite redeterminations.
