When ARC Industries separated from the Franklin County Board of DD on January 2nd and became a stand-alone Provider, they were faced with the challenges of serving 1,500 individuals who generate over 1,800 reportable
incidents annually. A high priority need was to implement a new Incident Case Management Platform that would minimize risks and easily handle evolving I/UI/MUI requirements from the State.
Join us and learn first-hand their Goals, Impact and Lesson’s Learned.
This session will be led by Melissa Skaggs, Chief Innovation Officer at ARC Industries, who will share ARC’s story bringing to life its next-generation Incident Case Management Platform (ICMS), including:
- Core MUI Challenges and Goals
- Critical ICMS system requirements and capabilities sought
- Brief solution review and narrative
- Impact, Lesson’s Learned, Ideas to consider
The webinar will be presented in a case-study format and, time permitting, questions will be taken as well.
