Please join one of OPRA’s preferred vendors for a webinar titled “Tales from the Road:  ARC Industries New Incident Case Management Platform - Goals, Impact and Lesson’s Learned” on Wednesday, March 20th from 10-10:30 AM.    

 

When ARC Industries separated from the Franklin County Board of DD on January 2nd and became a stand-alone Provider, they were faced with the challenges of serving 1,500 individuals who generate over 1,800 reportable incidents annually. A high priority need was to implement a new Incident Case Management Platform that would minimize risks and easily handle evolving I/UI/MUI requirements from the State.

This session will be led by Melissa Skaggs, Chief Innovation Officer at ARC Industries, who will share ARC’s story bringing to life its next-generation Incident Case Management Platform (ICMS), including:

- Critical ICMS system requirements and capabilities sought

- Brief solution review and narrative

- Impact, Lesson’s Learned, Ideas to consider

 

The webinar will be presented in a case-study format and, time permitting, questions will be taken as well.
