The Ohio Alliance of Direct Support Professionals is partnering with the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities to offer DSPaths
trainings FREE
of charge
for providers like
you. Use these classes to improve your skills and as an approved training curriculum to earn the required 60 hours
for the $1/hr. Ohio Wage Initiative.
Our curriculum is the only Ohio developed, nationally accredited, face-to-face training series that can assist you in earning the wage initiative. Seating
is limited and classes that do not have enough participants may be canceled. So, find a class in your area, click it, and register today!
For your convenience, upcoming classes have been grouped by region.

Attendance:
For your convenience, two sessions with different topics are offered per day; one morning, and one afternoon session. You are welcome to
join us for either one or for the full day of sessions. You will have the opportunity to indicate the sessions you are attending during registration.
Please note: in accordance to the guidance released by DODD, these accredited seminars must include a post-evaluation to demonstrate competency.

OADSP/DODD Other Provider Trainings:

The 8hr Provider Certification enables the provider to deliver Medicaid Waiver Services under the Level One and Individual Options Waivers,
as well as non-Medicaid funded services. All providers of direct services must complete
8 hours of training in 5 specific topics prior to applying for certification. This training is
FREE of charge and meets the initial provider certification requirements! Get your required 8hr annual provider training
FREE of charge with us! This seminar has been approved by Ohio DODD for 8 hrs of CPDU's. Classes and seats are limited, so register today!

for participant to work for OADSP educating students or other professionals as a DSPaths Instructor, or grading professional portfolios for those seeking certification as part of team
as a Portfolio Grader, or sharing your professional knowledge and guiding tomorrow's I/DD leaders as a Skill Mentor.
