Here is a draft of specifications for contents of a vacancy communication
system. I have gotten comments from a couple of agencies but expect more,
so this is far from final. It will be interesting to see how it compares to
what you are planning.
I have information from Mount Olivet Rolling Acres, the agency that
developed the MN system. They are in process of moving the website to a
different company. I have a name of a person to contact there and will do
that after I hear back from you. I don't know whether that company will be
able to give me information on cost to adapt it, but I should at least be
able to find out what platform they are using. Of course, there is the fee
MORA would charge to adopt the software they have already developed (and
whether they would let us split that charge between two states or not).
Please let me know what you would want to add or change about the specs.
