OPRA IT Workgroup,
Our next OPRA IT Workgroup Meeting is scheduled for
Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the OPRA office. Our agenda will
include:
1. OPRA IT Summer Webinar
2. OPRA Fall Conference
3. Service Provider Directory
4. DSP webpage
5. OPRA re-design website
6. Other
As mentioned before, we had a great turnout and feedback for IT Workshop at
the Spring Conference. The speaker was wonderful and we are hoping to
having him back for more trainings. Since we had such a great reviews and
request for other IT tracks, we will be planning another two-day workshops
at the Fall Conference. We need all of our IT Workgroup members to
participate. If you have any ideas or suggestions for topics or speakers,
please email them to me at ngayle@opra.org.
Also, please note that the OPRA IT Workgroup now meets on the 2nd Wednesday
of every month. Please see the calendar below for more details. We are
still seeking a hosting agency for July. If you would like to volunteer
your agency, please notify me at ngayle@opra.org. If you will be attending
the IT Workgroup meeting, please let me know ASAP. Thanks and I look
forward to seeing everyone on Wednesday.

OPRA IT Workgroup,
Thank you to everyone that join us on the conference call this morning.
The OPRA IT Workgroup has decided to change our 4th Tuesday meeting of each
month to the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 10:00 a.m. Below, please find
our new calendar listing:
May 13, 2009 - OPRA Office
June 10, 2009 - conference call
July 8, 2009 - OPEN for meeting location, please call to volunteer
August 12, 2009 - conference call
September 9, 2009 - Josina Lott
October 14, 2009 - Tentative schedule for OPRA
November 11, 2009 (Veteran's Day) - CRSI
December 9, 2009 - conference call
In addition, the OPRA IT Workgroup will be planning a summer webinar and
another two (2) day workshop at the Fall Conference in October. If you will
like to participate in these upcoming trainings, please join us at our next
workgroup meeting in May. Also, please stay tune for more information to
follow at a later date.
