Making training accessible to employees is hard and often times frustrating. Scheduling participants, facilitators and meeting space just adds to the frustration. But can residential providers take some annual required training and place it online? Really? Yes!

As Choices In Community Living grew and began to cover more counties the challenge of keeping employees up to date with annual certifications became overwhelming. We had to find a solution that was easy to manage, easy for employees to use and most importantly would not require us to start building a training solution from scratch.
