Lynn,
I did not see that within the draft regulations and there were a few others that I noticed as well within the Excel draft list.  I was waiting on a final regulation to come out prior to final Disqualifying Offense list.  So, for my draft one, I left it off at this point.

I was working on my new forms for 2013 and when I looked in the rule, I do not see this offense but it was on the spreadsheet that was sent out.  Maybe I am just not seeing it... what tier does this fall under?
