The topic is:  Working with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The presenter will discuss basic tools and actionable information to enhance the value of employees with disabilities.  The presenter will also discuss how to reduce company exposure to disability-related discrimination claims.

One (1) general recertification credit hour through HRCI has been requested.
