it states a "certified" driver abstract from BMV...anyone know if they consider the one online that is "unofficial" as certified?

Jonathan-
To my knowledge, Licensure looks at Personnel files and Medicaid does not.
Does anyone know if this new standard about not having an "official"
drivers' license abstract is in writing anywhere? Jim Seminara has dinged us
more than once because the abstract didn't have the State of Ohio seal.

I heard that from a Licensure reviewer I met with today as well.  However,

Hello everyone,

Ironically, yesterday at our meeting we talked about what is acceptable
and not acceptable for driving abstracts in regard to Licensure....
Today I had a review, and the surveyor told me that  they will accept
the "unofficial" abstract that you can print for free from the BMV
website.
